Alfred Pressley and James Westerfield welcome everyone to Stockton, California for the latest edition of PCW Wrestling. It is announced that, due to the draw in the first round of the Heavyweight Title tournament that sent The Big Show into the Fatal Four-Way Match at Mayhem, there will only be one tournament match tonight, putting Kazarian against Sheamus to fill the second spot at the Mayhem pay-per-view.

Justin Gabriel’s music plays as the Television Champion comes out to the ring. Gabriel says that he stands before the crowd as a three-time Television Champion; and that it feels great to have the belt in his possession again. But the reason he came out tonight, is to address the challenge issued by Kenny King last week. Gabriel says that King is clearly a person who only thinks about himself and jumped at the chance to steal the spotlight away from Sheamus last week. Gabriel says that King thought it would be the right time to issue a challenge for Gabriel and the Television Title at Mayhem. Gabriel says that King couldn’t get the job done when he challenged for the Heavyweight Title earlier in the year, so now he thinks he can come get the belt that means so much to Gabriel. He accepts King’s offer and says that he looks forward to keeping the title around his waist afterward.

As Gabriel’s music hits and he leaves the ring, KENNY KING runs down the ramp and attacks! King and Gabriel brawl on the ramp, trading blows, before officials rush down and separate the two. The two men share words back and forth as King is escorted backstage.

In the back, BAD BONES approaches CARNAGE, who is sitting on a chair in the locker room, placing a brace on his leg. Bones begins speaking in German and soon the two men are getting louder, causing Carnage to stand up – not putting pressure on his injured leg – before they suddenly stop talking. After a tense moment, with both men looking at each other squarely in the eye, Carnage extends his hand and Bones shakes it. Bones turns to leave the locker room as the show goes to commercials.

Commercial Break

Jack Swagger vs. Shinya Ishikawa
Both of these competitors have been relatively quiet over the past few weeks. Tonight, they were getting a chance to add a notch to their victory column, after both coming up with losses their last times out. Ishikawa and Sheamus came up short in their bid to win the Tag Team Titles from Jay Briscoe and The Esperanza at the Full Throttle pay-per-view. Swagger also came up short in a big match – this time a Falls Count Anywhere Match against The Big Show which ended with Swagger eating a right hand from Show, knocking him out, unable to answer the referee’s 10-count. In in a sense of poetic justice, after a evenly-fought match, Swagger connected with a Discus Punch that took Ishikawa off his feet long enough for Swagger to make the pinfall.

Jack Swagger pinned Shinya Ishikawa after the Discus Punch in 9:23.

Backstage, Brooke Barlow asks MELINA about her up-coming match tonight. Melina says that she has no idea who her opponent is going to be tonight. Natalya could pick literally anyone and Melina will have to deal with that. Melina says that no matter who she faces tonight, she must defeat her in order to get a title shot at Mayhem. Melina walks away, looking confident, as the show goes to commercials.

Commercial Break

Returning from the break, Melina is shown inside the ring, when Natalya’s music starts to play. The Women’s Champion makes her way on stage, the belt around her waist, and says that it’s the time that Melina has been waiting for. Natalya says that she decided on someone who put every woman in the Division on notice when she debuted; and put up one hell of a fight for the Women’s Title when she got her chance. Natalya introduces Newling-sama Melina’s opponent.

Melina vs. Newling-sama
Natalya seemed to have an ace up her sleeve as she chose Newling-sama to be Melina’s mystery opponent. Newling, who challenged Natalya for the Women’s Title just a month after debuting in the PCW, quickly made a name for herself. But if Melina was stunned by the choice, she didn’t show it as Newling entered the ring. Both women went back and forth, trading offensive moves, neither one of them really able to gain the upper hand throughout the match. With Natalya watching on from the stage, Melina was under pressure to perform, trying to earn herself a title match at Mayhem. On the other hand, Newling-sama was under pressure by being hand-picked to make sure Melina didn’t get that title shot. In the end, Melina shocked Newling-sama with a forearm smash to the temple, giving her just enough time to make the cover and become the Number One Contender for Natalya’s Women’s Title!

Melina pinned Newling-sama after a forearm smash in 7:12.

Backstage, Brooke Barlow is seen with KAZARIAN and DREW MCINTYRE. McIntyre says that Bobby Roode has been around the PCW for a long time; but now, since Austin Aries has arrived, Roode seems to have a new attitude. McIntyre says that’s all well and good, until they started sticking their nose in his business. Now, he speaks for both himself Kazarian when he says that it’s become personal. Kazarian says that the time for talk is over and that he and McIntyre have business to attend to.

Commercial Break

James Storm & Wade Barrett vs. The Dirty Heels (Austin Aries & Bobby Roode)
Bobby Roode’s new tag team – The Dirty Heels – made their in-ring debut tonight. For weeks, Roode and Austin Aries have been causing issues for Kazarian and Drew McIntyre. Tonight, it was time to see how they worked as a team. The only downside was that their opponents tonight knew Roode better than most anyone on the roster. Roode and Barrett have had their issues in the past, mainly over the Heavyweight Title. And, Storm and Roode were one of wrestling’s most well-known tag teams for a number of years. The wildcard was Aries, who was wrestling for the first time in the PCW. Aries brought an offense that neither Storm or Barrett had seen before, and that would be the deciding factor. Aries connected with a 450 splash onto Barrett for the pinfall, giving this new team their first victory in the PCW.

The Dirty Heels (Austin Aries & Bobby Roode) defeated James Storm & Wade Barrett when Aries pinned Barrett with the 450 Splash in 11:21.

After the match, Aries and Roode make their way up the ramp, when they are stopped by Kazarian and McIntyre. The four men begin to share words until Kazarian and McIntyre throw the first punches. A brawl ensues on the ramp and the crowd cheers what they’re seeing. Officials run out to the state, trying to break up the fight, but struggle to get everyone separated. With the officials restraining Kazarian and McIntyre, Aries and Roode escape and run backstage as the show goes to commercials.

Commercial Break

Returning from the break, recap videos are shown of Kazarian’s and Sheamus’s victories in the Mayhem Tournament.

Mayhem Tournament – Second Round
Kazarian vs. Sheamus

Tonight’s main event would name the second participant in the Fatal Four-Way Match for the vacant Heavyweight Title at Mayhem. Kazarian got to this match by upsetting Bobby Roode – the man who he will face in tag team action at Mayhem, as well – in the first round. Sheamus moved into this match after the biggest upset in the tournament, knocking off the number-one seed, James Storm, to advance. Both men were eager to advance to the finals and stopped at nothing to make it happen. However, that eagerness got the better of both of them in the end. While both men were wanting to inflict as much damage as possible to the other, neither man was aware of the referee’s 10-count. Kazarian and Sheamus were brawling outside the ring as the bell signaled a double countout!

After the match, AUSTIN ARIES and BOBBY ROODE came down to ringside and attacked Kazarian! The double team continued until DREW MCINTYRE came to the rescue, clearing the ringside area. Aries and Roode were shouting at McIntyre, as he stood over his fallen partner, while the announcers signed off for the week.

[Mayhem Tournament – Second Round]:
Kazarian and Sheamus battled to a double countout in 16:24.
